Every effort will be made to give an honest estimate of the day's weather. Safety is the primary concern. Should a trip be cancelled prior to leaving the dock, refunds will be given. If weather forces a return to the dock, prorated rainchecks will be issued toward a future trip. The captain reserves the exclusive right to determine under what weather conditions the boat gets underway and returns to port.
